This holiday weekend was a blast! I swear three day weekends go quicker than a two day weekend! We were able to visit with our college friends at a Capitol Event wedding in downtown Detroit (Congrats Lo & Fredo)!! At the end of the day, I think my husband and I clean up pretty darn well, if I do say so myself!
I have decided to jump onto the 21 day sugar detox this month. I have fully enjoyed the summer and have no regrets. However, I feel my system needs a reboot and when I did the detox back in January, this program really helped! I found I could push harder at the gym, was craving less and retaining a lot less water.
